to their website, Life's is the latter.
The former is cheaper, also contains EPA, but contains some amount of
environmental pollutants like mercury and PCB (so you need to check the type
of fish they use). The latter is more expensive, usually doesn't contain
EPA, but cleaner in pollutants.
