得那颗牙齿有什么不舒服的。找了个牙医给我做recrown，在这期间给我上了个
temporary的，不知道是不是temporary的上的不好还是怎么回事，一直觉得没法咬东西
，一咬就巨疼无比。强忍着过了3星期，总算盼来了上crown的日子。去到诊所我抱怨说
，temporary crown让我感到不舒服，没法咬东西。牙医过来给我咬了一个棉条，我说
有点疼，于是他就说我需要做root canal treatment.那个牙医巨酷无比，没跟我说太
多，只说我需要，要我trust him.估计他是很忙，但是也应该给我prove 一下啊！这样
一下300多刀又没了！主要是之前我并没觉得牙疼啊，上了temporary的之后才疼的。真
是个讨厌的牙医！我现在已经落到他手上了，不做root canal就不上crown.怎么知道我
一定需要做这个root canal呢？多谢回复！ | t*******n
发帖数: 4445 | 2 I doubt a a temporary crown alone can cause that much damage. But if the
old crown did not fit well, additional decay can happen near the bottom of
tooth which leads to root problems. Then a root canal would be needed.
You are right that you should ask the dentist for an explanation (and also
why he thinks root canal may work here, as opposed to extraction).
p.s. even when indicated, root canal IS NOT ALWAYS SUCCESSFUL. It's a last-ditch attempt to save the natural tooth.

发帖数: 389 | 3 刚刚回国做了根管治疗。根据我自己的情况，如果你的病牙周围牙龈经常红肿疼痛，可
以考虑需要做根管治疗。做之前先拍个片子看看。需根管治疗的牙齿牙髓坏死，所以病
牙本身不疼，建议还是回国观察治疗吧。 | l********4
