,医生说药名的时候没听懂，回来一看是anti depressant的，自己也吓了一跳。
医生说不影响怀孕，我还没怀，只是计划。
但是担心医生是不是搞错了？
打算怀孕的话能吃么？
没抑郁症的话吃这个有什么后果么？

吃不吃取决于（1）病情（2）对孕妇和胎儿可能副作用（3）有无更安全替代
你如果担心，或者吃了觉得副作用严重，建议继续跟医生讨论。

There is concept called "pain killer ladder",
from moderate to strong pain killer.
ibuprofen is first choice, if prostagladin E is involved (this is about the
mechanism of pain). OB/GYN is always one of them, so I do think ibuprofen or
paracetamol is better.
For TCA, only when first level doesn't work, or the pain is caused by the
compression of the nerve, like disc hernication, where ibuprofen or
derivative doesn't work.

mad like a hatter.

我还怕的是吃这药会产生依赖性或者后遗症。医生暂时给我开了三个月的。
