As said, premenstrual symptom occur in 85% females. Tender breast is one of
the most common ones. Unless you have a large constellation of other
symptoms, no treatment is necessary.
BTW, there is no such disease called hormone imbalance (何而蒙失调) You don'
t need to worry about it at all :) |

before until the last 3 menstrual cycle. That is why i am a bit worry.

Make sure you get breast & pelvic exams every year.
