not good. Good means you really understand and can do the job well, finish
the work well.
Depending on your years of experience, company and your title, pay varies.
Could be higher if you are a VP. But problem with high title is very risky,
can be layoff prone and cannot find a job any more once layed off.
This career is not as stable as medical career.
Money is Ok, not enough.
