发帖数: 1195 | 1 前两天发了个帖子问保险，大概不该发在这儿。事实是我还是很纠结，根本没想好该不
该或者说能不能让我妈来这边。PV这个病从98年就有了，她自己倒是精神不错，信心满
满要过来，可是我担心啊，血小板60多万，常年吃药骨质疏松，快60了，能禁得起长途
飞行和环境变化么？
我到处打听保险，想买个保到2 million的，可是根本没法肯定万一有什么emergency，
保险公司不会用pre-existing related来推卸责任。版上医学专业人员多，给我点建议
吧，买过可靠的保险的也给我指点一下迷津吧，我都快纠结死了。
哦，想拍的也可以拍，不过我自己要是能回去肯定回去了，宁可自己受多大累也不愿意
让我妈冒险啊，现在这身份实在复杂，加上他们也很想过来看看，我不忍心拒绝。

策，能给我妈买个好点的短期保险呢？其实价格我都不care了，给保就行。 | c********e

发帖数: 1195 | 4 99年的时候有一次脾梗塞，出院以后一直验血，注射过几个疗程的干扰素，现在常年服
用羟基脲，Hb是血色素吧，大概保持在15－16g的样子。现在大概每月验一次指血，每
半年一次B超，观察上次的梗塞部分早就结枷了，脾还是比正常人大，但是有缓慢缩小
趋势。
恩，这些是我掌握的情况，麻烦前辈帮忙给些建议，万分感谢！

if everything will be safe for sure, yes,
but for your case, it is really hard to tell. In such case, the physicians
provide information and you have to make the decision yourself.
but what I can tell is the major risk of PRV is high viscosity and embolism
accordingly. While long trip by air is another risk for embolus, it is not
rare to find pulmonary embolism after flight trip in western country, whic | s********l
