Drug of choice is metonidazole, if failed, try vancomycin.
Typically it is not life threatening, but for baby, watch for dehydration,
especially when the baby has severe diarrhea， which could be fatal. Monitor
urine volume per 24 hours, how many diapers used during a day, any tears in
