转，凌晨老是痛醒。接着看了一个月Chiroprator依然不见好转。Chiroprator让我去看
Physical Therapy。Physical Therapist让我做了一些稳定腰椎和锻炼腰肌的练习还是
不见好转。后来做了MRI。MRI报告说：
1. Mild degeneration at the L4-5 level includes a small disc bulge and mild
bilateral ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. No lumbar disk herniation is
evident.
2. Very mild T12 and L2 level vertebral body compression deformities of the
chronic and benign and/or of doubtful clinical significance. No acute
fracture evident.

definitely cure your lower back pain, you can be sure that he is a liar.
Your lower back pain is most likely caused by muscle tendon sprain just by
statistics (>95%). The benign MRI is very reassuring that no severe
problem present. The best treatment for most lower back pain is TIME, and
sometimes, it does take months. This is how our body heal.
You actually have been doing the most important thing by keep exercising.
