了几个医生，
有的建议马上手术，有的建议再等两年，有的干脆说病人自己拿主意吧。我也不知道该

这里请教大家，她应该选择马上动手术吗？ 病人的情况是这样的：
我妈今年53岁，以前身体还好，去年到今年之间晚上腹痛发过好几次，闹到要到急诊室
打消炎针才
行。今年1月份的时候怀疑是胆结石，查了B超，结果如下：

右肝上届锁骨中线第六肋间，肋缘下(-)，
肝脏大小正常，形态规则，表面光滑
实质回升中等
光电小
分布均匀
肝内血管显示清楚
肝内无结节
肝内胆管无扩张
内无结石
胆囊69*25mm
胆囊内可见较多沙粒样细小强光
团伴深影 可移动
胆囊壁稍厚
内壁毛糙
胆总管内经5mm
内清晰
脾脏厚29mm
后来注意了些饮食，但是没有服用药物。6月份的时候体检，又做了次B超，新的结果是
这样的：
2010.6.20

Most common side effect is malabsorption of fat, ie diarrhea after a very
fatty meal. The side effect is minor compared to the recurrent abdominal
pain and possibility of more severe problems. Chronic gallstone can lead to
gallbladder cancer as well.

scheduled cholecystectomy, simply because her risk of developing acute
cholecystitis (急性胆囊炎）is high. If that happens, she may need emergency
surgery, which has an increased risk compared to scheduled surgery when
she is healthy.

发帖数: 3778 | 9 胆囊摘除本身的副作用不多，主要是脂肪消化有点问题。但是时间久了，胆管会代偿性扩张，部分代替胆囊功能。饮食注意一点，问题不大。
当然，你母亲50多岁，即使不做手术，也应该注意不要吃太油腻的东西，有可能诱发急性胆囊炎。当然也不利于心脑血管健康。这个是一致的。
肠癌的问题不好说。即使不做手术也有这个可能。所以要坚持每年做常规体检。除了验血之外，应该做乳房拍片，验大小便常规，B超等。目前肿瘤如果能够早期发现大部分都可以治愈。
手术建议如果可能最好选择做腹腔镜胆囊摘除，创伤小，回复快。
