started phase I clinical trial, which is a test for toxicity. In other
words, its efficacy and safety have not been proven yet. To put things in
perspective, most drugs entering Phase I clinical trial will fail to pass
all three stages of trials and become commercially available. I know it
sounds very promising, but so does every drug entering phase I trial. |
