于索坦严重伤害甲状腺，两周前化验结果T3,T4都为0.02，又是医生开了左甲状腺素钠
片，一天20mg（半片）。可是自从服用此药，妈妈开始浑身无力，现在都不能自己走路
拉。我们害怕，于是停了索坦，可是症状一点没有改变。她现在连说话力气都没有。我
们开始怀疑是碘补的太快，可是昨天检查结果，虽然T3/T4有提高，可是离正常还很远
，医生让加药量，每天四分之三片。我想请问大家，甲减症状会不会有迟滞？所以我妈
妈现在才会这样？真的很担心，希望大家可以帮忙。非常感谢！ | y******e

secondary cause, your mom should still correct her thyroid hormone level
regardless. Low thyroid hormone can be dangerous. It is also dangerous to
stop taking thyroid hormone without consulting your physician. The symptom
of hypothyroidism may vary from one person to another, but extreme fatigue
is classic. It is not uncommon that thyroid level has been low for long
time before symptom occurs, which triggered patient to see a doctor. In
other words, symptoms may be delayed.
BTW, levothyroxine is a synthetic thyroid hormone, not iodine (碘) | y******e

我妈妈现在每天吃25mcg levothyroxine (半片),是不是太低了?我看到一个GIST病人居
然每天吃350mcg.

different in terms of the ideal dose. Therefore, a close follow-up and good
