真生气，该我自己付的部分，dentist和他refer的specialist都多收钱，从十几块到快
二百。我都是接受service当时就在office按照他们给的statement付了。找医生的时候
问他们收我的dental保险吗，都说收。我的保险还不错。
大家说说，这多付的钱能不能拿回来。昨天给specialist email了保险公司刚处理的
statment，打电话也没有人接。 |

If the covered portion received any provider's write off, contact the
dentist's billing office for a refund. It may take more than a few days
though.

发帖数: 400 | 3 I called the dentists' office. My family dentist's office would refund us.
But his refund is the difference of what he charged and insurance paid + I
paid. Since the final amount is small, I won't argue.
The specialist won't refund. They said insurance fee schedule is lower than
their fee schedule, I should contact insurance. Also this is a specialist,
his service is different.
I then called insurance. Their claim department will review the claim but
they said their fee schedule does not change just because of one doctor. |
