If you have normal menstrual cycle, and there is no difficulty in normal
sexual activity, such tests are not indicated.
However, if a woman cannot get pregnant after one year of reasonable effort,
infertility work up is indicated for both partners. It is usually done at
an infertility clinic by a specialty trained OB-GYN doctor. |
