查,所以健康保险是必须要办的.但问题是在这个版面搜的大多都是旅行健康保险,我直
接购买普通的医保
可以吗?我现在是F1在读,自己的保险是healthnet的,也想给我妈买这家的保险,他们提
供short
term的医保,最好的plan每月大概380左右,看起来不错.不知道我能否给我妈买这个plan?

bimonthly test costs (on the low end). It may not be worth getting
insurance for.
Be careful about 2 things: (1) "preexisting conditions" and (2) deductibles.
These plans seem to have high deductibles (>1k), and they only give
benefit after you've paid that much.
