生说必须做
手术，要不然不会韧带不会自己好。
目前走路没啥问题，就是不能做运动。真的不想做手术，请问了解这方面的人，如果不
做手术，自己好
好休养，有没有可能会好？或者有没有其他的治疗方法。

level II is heavy manual work or side-to-side sports.

level III encompasses light manual work and noncutting sports (eg,
running, cycling).

level IV is sedentary activity without sports.
Nonsurgical treatment may be considered for patients who participate in
level III or IV activities; all others should be considered as candidates
for surgery. In addition, consider surgical consultation on any young
athlete due to potential complications from recurrent instability
另外不做手术，没有ACL牵拉（它的一头在股骨，一头在胫骨前端），将来关节软骨会

发帖数: 658 | 5 它是纤维结缔组织，损伤后修复会形成疤痕组织。而且这些韧带和肌腱不同，是有弹性
的，就象橡皮筋，断了后会收缩，导致关节不稳定，内软骨互相摩擦，形成退行性变，
还会导致半月瓣的损伤。
可以理解楼主的担心，毕竟手术存在风险。 我同意斑竹给你的意见， 你可以再找个骨
科医生看看，比较他们对你病情的判断。
