长大了会恶化,觉得很有道理,就同意做手术。今天手术时，医生发现根本没有polyp，
但她仍然在我被全麻无知觉的情况下进行了刮宫手术。这算不算是医疗事故呢？
我很气愤，如果没有polyp，我就根本不会去做这个手术了。 | g*****j

between maximum identification of positive findings and minimum false
positives. In order for a radiologist to not misdiagnose a false
positive is not to diagnose any positive findings.
If you want to pursue this legally. Think about the four elements for a
successful malpractice law suit
1) Duty - Established patient doctor relationship
2) Default - Your doctor made a mistake that is beyond average practice
3) Damage - You suffered a loss because of your doctor's mistake
4) Direct cause - Your doctor's mistake caused your loss
You may not have a winnable case, but you may still be rewarded if you
hire a "know-how" lawyer and start the process, simply because many
times it is a financially better choice for the doctor to settle a case
rather than going through the entire legal process.
This is reality, and from my perspective, I hate this reality. In the
end, we all pay the cost of such futility as tax payer.
