其他症状。去CVS量了一下血压。仪器显示是150， 100。他在这里没有保险。曾经有过
高血压，吃了降血压药后停药几年血压都正常。
我想给他在美国买将血压的药，去哪里开处方？ 有OVER THE COUNTER的降血压药吗？ |

If he needs emergency care, send him to the nearest ER. No insurance is
workable if you let him sign as self pay during admission.
Half pts of the hospital I worked in are self payers. I doubt hosptial could
get any payment for pts themselves. However hospitals can always get
reimbursement from government for treating emergency cases. If he needs
emergent care, he could just go. |
