个帐号等了三天上来求救，本来一直是潜水的。
怀孕前我没有痔疮。怀孕时候吃的孕妇维他命含铁特别高，导致便秘，好像起了一个小
外痔，但是不疼。
结果生孩子PUSH的时候用力太猛，弄出一圈外痔。生完没有及时治疗，之前就是简单的
TUCKS擦擦。一个月后开始使用马应龙，PREPARATION H,SITZ bath 偶尔用用。。。现
在孩子都三个半月了，痔疮一直没有好，因为反反复复。 感觉能用的都用了，STOOL
SOFTENER现在是天天吃。。。可是外痔根本不见好的趋势。。。父母都不在，老公白天
上班，孩子也需要我天天照顾，现在这个痔疮弄的我连坐着都不方便，论文没法写，家
务没法做，天天能躺则躺也没见好转，实在让我超级BLUE了。。。
无法手术和内服药物，因为要喂奶。有没有什么更好的方法能让外痔萎缩呢？医生推荐
的保守方法也就是抹药膏，TUCKS，和SITZ BATH了。。。另外，大家都说SITZ BATH管
用，我怎么觉得每次泡了后外痔更肿胀疼痛，情况更恶劣了呢？搞的我都不知道是否该
继续SITZ BATH，所以断断续续地用它。。。
经常孩子哭的时候我没法子抱，自己着急的伤心的抹眼泪，再继续下去真的要疯了。。
。唉。。。一直以为自己很坚强乐观，可是这个痔疮时间太长了。。。有谁能给俺提供
个法子呢？难道真的是个不治之症了？求求大家帮帮俺吧。。。 | f****o

Obstruction can be caused by hard stool (constipation),and pregnancy itself
. Constant body position also leads to poor circulation. The hormone
changes during pregnancy and delivery can potentially make things worse by
changing the blood vessel property.
There probably is no quick fix, unless you decide to have surgery. Anything
improving the blood circulation and improving constipation can help, but
changes take place over time. Avoid sitting, or sleeping in one position
for too long, eat lots of fruit and vegetable to make your stool soft, sitz-
bath, topical lubricant to prevent further irritation and injury should help
. But unfortunately you will have to be patient, as it takes time for the
dilated vessel to restore. | z******6

天对着照照好的。

不就是麻醉后几小时内的奶泵出来倒掉么。
