一部分我们已经付了，现在医院的账单还在一次次飞来。
朋友支招说，我们可以不付这部分钱。
不知是否如此？
或者和医院argue，以guardian即祖父母收入不高请求减免？
账单是以孩子名义寄的，如果不付，会不会对孩子以后来美造成影响？

such as B) holder incurs in the U.S. If the amount is large enough, the
physician is likely to take it to the court. If not large, then he will
write it off as a business loss but for tax purposes it will be reported to
state and federal tax collecting agencies.
if you have been in the US long enough, you must have noticed most large
group practices no long accepts non-emergent patients before payment
capability is verified, because there have been more people trying to take
advantage of this credit system. most business-experienced solo practices
don't accept such patients any more either.
you can ignore the bills but you are one of the people intoxicating the
business environment making those really in temporary financial difficulties
being denied service.

就像有保险的一样，真正付的，只有bill amount的25%-50%

如果argue不行，我明火执仗地说“我不付了”，医院会不会告我？
我索性缩脖子，不露面是不是更好？
