，我们负担不起。第一次的治疗可能卖房子的钱可以够用，可是第二次第三次呢？急问
有没有什么医疗保险可以给宝宝买么？宾州是否有那种给低收入的儿童提供保险的？只
想救救宝宝。。。 |

child needs to be "•A U.S. Citizen, U.S. National or Qualified Alien".
He is a Chinese citizen visiting US just to have medical treatment. Does he
qualify for "qualified alien"? Anybody heard about similar cases? Thanks!!!
另外，我们有亲戚在美国，有很好的医疗保险。可以让亲戚成为孩子的监护人么？这样
可以加入他们的保险么？

Adoption may work for insurance purposes, but probably not medically (due to
the time it takes) or legally (if both parents have custody).

Also please weigh the different options: give the child's specific situation
(retinoblastoma?), what is the possible benefit of treatment in the us, or
in a specific hospital....

治疗全世界得病的人。
你让你亲戚成为监护人然后在申请保险，这个paperwork就要很久。
我不知道眼癌能等多久

federal law, the sponsor of the visa holder must be responsible for all the
expenses the visitor visa (such as B) holder incurs in the US. if the amount
is big enough, the physician or hospital will take it to the court.
