还有如果夫妻合并报税，算是每人4个季点呢，总共8个季点呢还是只有4个，不能

Basically
* The person (if not disabled) needs to be 65 yrs or older.
* Also needs to be citizen, or PR for at least 5 continuous years.
* The credits are based on the medicare taxes paid. For people with a
typical job it is 4 credits a year. You cannot add husband and wife's
points, but if one qualifies the other will be too.
* There are different medicare schedules, and not all of them are free.
* Some doctors may not accept new medicare patients, due to the mandated low
price and reimbursement paperwork.
