过敏性紫癜 is a serious systemic disease.
you should get a sense whether the doctor who gave the diagnosis is that
kind of "creative" type. I have to say, most doctors in China are too "
creative." they diagnose diseases based on a few buzzwords.

the key of the skin presentation is 紫癜, not 斑块. the pain is in deep
tissues, typically large joints or abdominal organs, not the skin itself.
if there is no signs of kidney damage, a skin biopsy can be performed to
establish diagnosis. pathology shows IgA vasculitis.

does she take any drugs or supplements? what other conditions does she have?
what are the basic lab results such as complete blood count etc.?
with this skin presentation, I wouldn't diagnose her 过敏性紫癜 unless there
is strong lab evidence.
she may need a hemorrhagic workup. sometimes such ecchymosis can also be
seen in aged and heavily sun-damaged skins.

for drugs and supplements taken by her, I meant a complete list instead of
only those you/she thought for this condition.
as a first step, she should get complete blood count, complete metabolic
panel, bleeding time, PT and PTT when this condition happens.
