假牙.
回家后听婆婆说,尽量保持牙根比较好.说如果是在国内,就算牙没救了也要尽量保住病
牙,消炎处理之后磨小一点,然后套个烤瓷的牙套,照样用.
现在不知道该换家牙医再看看,还是跟现在的牙医建议留牙根.不知道美国有保牙根装牙
套的做法么?

其实重点就是,牙医是否只看一眼(没夸张,就扒开嘴巴扫了一眼),就能断定牙根不保了
么?
还是应该先看X光片再作决定?

I agree w/ your mother in law that keeping the tooth and making a crown
later is a far better choice.
Try to find another dentist for 2nd opinion.

Why x-ray?
X-rays can see holes, but cannot see fracture well. You should thank your
dentist for saving you money and radiation.
Extraction is the correct treatment. But it is your tooth. So if you do not
want to extract the tooth, no dentist will force you to do it.

牙根了肯定就要拔了对不对？
另外，我的牙医只是在看X光片之前就做出了判断而已，可没给我省钱。照了一大一小
两张呢。。。。。

make $2500 by doing a root canal and a crown. He can probably make only $
200 by doing the extraction. If the tooth was fractured and the fractured
piece did not fell out of your mouth, it usually means that it is split to
the roots. Again, it is still your tooth. If you do not want to take it out,

发帖数: 723 | 7 你婆婆说的对，我刚那么做了，牙医们看法也不一致的，有的就喜欢拔牙，我看过一个
专家，也是看一眼就说拔，我就换大夫了，保牙根戴牙套，挺好的。
假牙无论如何比不上你自己的血肉滋养的牙根，恒牙不可再生，不到不得以，千万不要
轻易拔掉！
