大概15厘米长，肿瘤化验结果是良性，肿瘤周围切去的胃没有发现肿瘤细胞，肿瘤大
4X3.5X3。请问这种情况肿瘤复发的机率，癌变的机率，转移的机率会有多大呢？读到
说转移主要是血液转移向腹腔和肝转移，非常担心。谢谢。

biological behavior. they have a high recurrence rate. on average, one in 5
or 6 recur in a year after complete surgical resection if not treated with
TKIs.
based on the size, this one should have a fairly high recurrence probability
. imatinib can be considered for recurrence reduction.

TKIs are tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Imatinib is one of them.

yes.
请问如果复发还可以再切除吗？
these patients have close followup after the initial surgery. recurrence
would be caught when it's still small and amenable to removal.
癌变和转移的机率大吗？
GISTs are 癌 by behavior. metastasis is mainly short range ones.
