中断腰部手术， 后来发现后不有一个肿物。取了活样检验， 是良性的。 氩氦刀进行
了微创手术，由于她长的是肉芽组织且是良性，据国内的医生说不太好治疗只能终身带
管了。
我现在就想问问基于她的病理报告，有什么方法能治疗她气管中的东西，最终把管拔掉
，正常生活。国内目前好像没什么好的办法，不知国外这样的病人如何治疗！？

shitty job. he didn't even reach the mass. obviously he didn't know what to
do because he needed different instruments to do the correct procedure. what
is the use to biopsy the overlying mucosa?
what's more telling is that he thought "if i say it's like some stone, it's
肉芽肿." he didn't know what type of stone. 铺路石样 is a radiology
description only seen on CT. neither the surgeon nor the pathologist knew 肉
芽肿 and 肉芽组织 are different. 炎性肉芽组织？come on! this is a damn word
salad and it contradicts itself.
obviously they have some very expensive equipment, just like most hospitals
in China that are obsessed with expensive equipment and new expensive
procedures, but don't care about using them for the right purpose.
in most cases in China, neither the physician nor the patient has the desire
to understand the basics of the disease.

喉部肉芽肿 is common and I DO think it is possible this is a 喉部肉芽肿.
What makes people mad is the contradictory description by the surgeon and
the pathologist. Additional questions are:
1. the vast majority of laryngal granulomas can be resected fairly
completely, unless it is too big and gets deep into the vocal cords. so don'
t know why the surgeon says 由于她长的是肉芽组织且是良性，据国内的医生说不太
好治疗.
2. what was actually done? what's the use of 氩氦刀 here? "氩氦刀进行了微创
手术." on the biopsy report, it is 氩气刀，a completely differently thing.
3. did the doctor test for acid reflux? acid reflux is the leading cause of
laryngal granuloma.
I need to repeat that 肉芽肿 and 肉芽组织 are very different things. There
is no such thing as a 炎性肉芽组织. And anyone who has seen a pavement
should know what a 铺路石 looks like. It is simply not what a bump could
look like.
