mostly caused by b2 insufficiency. but nowadays most of them are caused by
infection or as a component of other problems. 尤其是一早醒来非常严重
indicates it is likely caused by a fungal infection.

high. but before starting treatment, you'd better see a doctor (
dermatologist) in person. A test will be done to confirm diagnosis and rule
out those rare but serious systemic conditions (mainly autoimmune):
basically scratch something off and look under a microscope. it is done in
the clinic and doesn't need to be send to a pathology lab and takes about 20
minutes.
OTC anti-fungals cannot be used near eyes or mouth because of the excipients
used.
