但应该做基因检查. 一期二期复发率 40-50%. | l*h

rate are not high, even the earliest stage lung cancer still recurrs
significantly.
Studies about adjuvant chemotherapy using platinum agent and taxol-alikes
resulted in controversial conclusions. Some claimed marginal survival
benefits, other found no benefits. I think it could go either way, depending
how much harm the chemos cause. Some patients may suffer prolongered
immune suppression after platinum therapy, others don't. | l*h

unfortunately to you, my research part of work is targeted therapy in solid
tumors. I can also tell you that only in a very few situations the factors
predicting response to targeted therapy are found.

we don't seduce people into clinical trials. we only give them clinical
trials as an option when we have seen the patient and know s/he qualifies
for enrollment.
