I also heard if you said you don't have insurance, the cost of procedure is
much cheaper than the one with insurance. you may call the hospital to quote
the price. anyway, 中风 is life threathen, be very careful. |

completely ruled out. But for management, it is not an emergency anymore at
this time (for ischemic stroke, tPA window period is 3.5 to 4 hours. For TIA
, statins and aspirin are all you need to do plus source investigation.
Unlikely
hemorrhagic stroke, you didn't mention HTN history and symptoms unlikely
improve so fast). You can go to ER to get an CT or MRI, but the most
important thing is CTA or MRA +/- ECHO to look for the source if TIA or
ischemic stroke. Plus lipid profile and HbA1C for risk factor management.
You can increase stain to 40mg nightly. Good luck! |

your name. It should be your mom who signs all the paperwork. Later on when
she receives the bill, just say that she has no income. No worry, this is
the USA, not China. |

flow in such an exquisite way that the brain stops functioning but there is
still some blood to support cell survival for such a long time. rare is the
least in my experience.

instances, but will also deprive your access to any of his/her health info
except that defined by law by default if s/he becomes unable to clearly
communicate.
also be aware you are under legal obligation to provide all expense for your
family's visit to the US when you sign the paper for them to visit (it's a
contract you have with the federal government). there are many instances big
medical bills are accumulated resulting in lawsuit at which point
information becomes in the public domain and then results into the permanent
barring of the family's future visits and the visa sponsor's fraud charges
and losing their own immigration status (if not US citizen yet).
the notion you can abide by only laws of your own choice is troubling.

the symptoms indicate MCA while low flow in MCA is quite rare. this could be
an ICA low flow event (event, not TIA). for such a long time, it would be
extremely rare if you don't see infarct in MCA-ACA watershed.
