My wife has a condition that she needs to do brain MRI (w and w/o contrast)
once or even twice a year.
Now we are changing to a new health insurance provider. On the coverage
chart, which category does MRI fall into?
In "Outpatient Services", these 2 categories are there: Diagnostic Lab;
Diagnostic X-ray. Which one covers MRI?

still did not get a clear answer. They just said it could be either
Diagnostic Lab or Diagnostic X-ray, but they were not sure...

I read the coverage chart carefully, and nowhere it says "Hi-tech imaging"
has special coverage. So I guess MRI is covered in Diagnostic X-ray in this
case...
