做两侧上牙，一共要２０００，保险还不知道cover多少，可能最多３０％
所以自己要掏很多。还说要拔掉两颗
现在真心没钱了。问问大家，如果，我停止治疗，以后是不是就是牙掉了。掉了可以装

剩下的自己看着办。本版曾经看见过一位两次还是三次grafting不成功的。但是牙还是
自己的好用，而且拔了假牙也不很便宜（虽然不如植牙贵）

I recommend that anyone who is having problems with periodontal disease
consider taking this supplement. Two years ago my dentist told me that he
would not be able to save some of my teeth and he recommended that I have
them pulled. Instead of doing this, I began to experiment with the various
supplements that others have suggested one try in order to heal their gum
tissue.
Some of them worked in maintaining my gum health, but not in the way that
BioAstin has. Since starting BioAstin six months ago I have had absolutely
no inflammation in my mouth, no soreness, tenderness, etc. My teeth are much
stronger,with tighter pockets, light pink and just extremely healthy
looking. I can bite down on anything with complete confidence...my gums are
renewed!
I bite down on one 4mg capsule each night before I go to bed---it doesn't
taste unpleasant--swoosh it around in my mouth,and then go to bed. Being oil

强烈建议你买个冲牙器，每晚用Waterpik盐温水冲牙。相当每天温和地洗牙：

正常牙龈是粉红色,很硬的，水冲上去，不会疼。有齿龈炎/轻度牙周病，刚开始用冲牙
器，牙龈会很痛并出血。水压调得低些，用时间长了牙龈会变硬/变健康，再把水压逐
渐调高。多则一二月，少则二三周，就会有效。

当然好的Sonic电动牙刷+牙线 也要每天用。 我用OralB Sonic Complete电动牙刷觉得
对牙龈刷得挺干净。听说Phillips Sonic也还不错，就是牙刷头比OralB更贵些。

另不少人每天说起来也算刷牙两次。有一次是在早晨饭前刷牙，那对保护牙齿牙龈基本
是没用的。一定要饭后刷。
牙齿牙龈保健主要还是靠自己日常注意。
