切手术。术后病理结果：贲门癌鳞癌II级，浸润粘膜下层，吻合口和周围淋巴结未见
癌细胞。请问需要不需要化疗？需要的话，采取什么化疗方案？谢谢！
PS：我也咨询了当地和上海的医生，说法不一致。 |

records are missing essential details for almost every patient.

doesn't require routine chemotherapy.
only the surgeon and the pathologist can tell how well the resection was
performed.
