normal results.
It might hurt a little but should not cause significant trauma. |

发帖数: 8870 | 3 宫颈刮片多多少少都是有一点invasive的。据说从今年开始，宫颈刮片不用每年都做而
是改成每三年做一次了，除非有特殊情况。

发帖数: 368 | 5 谢谢。我想知道感觉疼是普遍情况吗？但有些人说不疼啊。为什么我就感觉是一个硬刷
子使劲得刮，疼死了。我就担心好好的都被刮伤刮坏了，这种外力损伤会引起不良后果
吗？比如引起发炎，糜烂？等等。我总共做过5次，之前的结果都正常，前三次（3个不
同医生）都不疼，就这两年做的两次（2个不同医生）都很疼，是换技术了吗？

发帖数: 877 | 6 No. It is a very routine technique and would not cause infection/
inflammation or trauma.
Sometime, the skill of your ob/gyn doctor may not good enough. I would
recommend you to directly mention to your doctor or ask her about it. |

发帖数: 496 | 7 Pap smear and colposcopy are usually fine; endocervical cuttage (ECC) is a
little bit painful; endometrial biopsy is the worst. I have high threshold
for pain and had natural childbirth before. Yet even with Norco and Tylenol
, I can still feel a lot of pain hours after the procedure. But my uterus
was tender to start with, so it may not be that bad for everyone. I wish I
had asked for a D&C directly had I known it would be this painful.
I know quite a few girls' results change from normal to CIN in less than 1-2
years. If you know you have had positive hrHPV, don't make assumptions and
push your doctors to check more regularly. |
