Hydrocortisone Acetate 25 mg( Anucort-HC)，便后插入肛门，非常有效。

看医生，已经有两年没去看家庭医生了，可昨天去看牙医洗牙，给我量血压，去年底洗
牙时的血压高了很多，我通常是 120/75， 昨天居然 175/115， 吓人哪，我想这血压
高和这痔疮有关系吗？

There is a website that listed a couple of OTC for you to choose one http://www.hemorrhoids.org/hemorrhoids-treatment.html?gclid=CL6NnbmkobcCFScV7Aod9l0Aew. But I am not sure the data are true or not in terms of cure rate. The best way to prevent it is eating more high fiber diet and regular exercise.
Your second question mentioned about your blood pressure. 175/115 is way
high but just one number would not diagnose you as hypertension. The
official diagnosis needs two separate numbers to be high (in different time)
. In addition, you should not be in stress or anxiety. Monitor your BP at
home or go to some stores like Sam's or walmart or walgreen for several free
check-ups, if it is persistently high, consult your doctor.
