the procedure is eyebrow lift. it is done as an outpatient procedure and
takes about 30 minutes. its difficulty level is about the same as that of 割
双眼皮。
there is no reason it cannot be done in China considering the vast majority
of 割双眼皮 are done there.
don't think about other things. it's not possible to restore the function of
the facial nerve. there are multiple reasons it's not possible at the
current technical level.
