specifics of the treatment depend on the type, location and the patient.
there are a lot of trials using pathway targeted therapy, but most are
proved to have little to no efficacy at all.
David Gutmann (Wash U.) is one of the biggest researchers on this. but I don
't think he has better treatment for these patients.
