在美国，专科医生可以对自己的病人写出自己的opinion并share给病人的家庭医生。其
中，malingering，或者hypochondria是valid opinion之一。尤其是疼痛的诊断及治疗
，是highly subjective，就是说是不是痛，以及到底多痛，这世界上只有患者一个人
清楚，如果没有病理学的佐证及体征的corroboration ，临床医生完全有权作出
hypochondria的诊断。
你现在想证明的是对方的诊疗意见有racial discrimination，你需要：
第一步：证明对方在诊疗过程中有错误，需要找到一个合格专家，根据你当时的症状以
及体征、实验室检查，可以上庭作证对方这样的opinion是below standard of care
第二部：其次需要证明racial discrimination是对方这种错误的原因
第三部：证明你由于这个racial discrimination受到了经济上的损失以及精神上的损失
你现在能够做的，就是首先找到另一名合格专家，至少证明第一步，第一步证明以后：
第二步证明，需要你正式诉讼这个医生以后，找这个医生的病人以及办公室工作人员做
口供。从中得到这个医生言语上，以及诊疗过程中有racial discrimination，之后这
个医生对周围的人供认对你有discrimination，以及这个医生以前的racial
discrimination言论，这些都可以间接对你的案子有利；第三步证明，需要你提供由于
这个alleged discrimination，你有例如丢掉工作，精神障碍需要看心理医生，你需要
出示这些花费的账单etc.

我最近也是，被家人逼着找医生做某项体检，医生不同意，说化验没问题，没理由相信
存在消化系统毛病，搞得原本很nice的医生挺不开心的
你知道的，国内老人家都是疑神疑鬼的，去医院都是能做检查就做，
大概真是文化差异 |

you had absolutely no idea what you were talking about. no matter it's in
the US or in China, psychosocial/cultural/mental state is very important in
"disease" presentation. if you don't know it, you won't be able to pass
exams in your first year of medical school.

the provided documentation. The provider could not provide an organic
explanation for the patient's pain, but he concedes that there are
psychosocial factors which he may not be appreciating. This demonstrates to
me that he acknowledges there are social and cultural factors which he does
not understand. A provider who acknowledges his shortcomings is not racist,
to the contrary, he is socially aware. |

的疾病症状也会和文化背景有关。
很多病都有心理因素，怀疑身心疾病和说你装病或者神经病完全不一样。
医生态度是稍差些，referral到别的科去不好么。但如果没发现生理问题，换你是医生
