除了血常规和妇科检查，好像没有什么特殊项目，如果真有个什么肺癌肝癌之类的，如

guideline for cancer screening in China. And how well hospitals and doctors
follow the guidelines. Here in US there are actually many guidelines for
cancer screening. I think medicine is more science/evidence based here than
in China.
2, 癌症指数PSA: this is no longer recommended by several guidelines due to
its low specificity and the slow-growing nature of the prostate cancer.
3, regardig 肺癌, there is specific guideline in terms of who should screen
for this. see this website:

4, to my knowledge there is no 肝癌 screening. but there is hepatitis C
screening if you are born between 1945 and 1965.
5, in terms of screening cancer, it is not the more the better. There are
several things we should consider: are there reliable tests we can readily
use? They need to be both sensitive and specific enough so that the false
positive or false negative results are minimum. And the test itself is not
harmful enough to overweigh the benefit it might offer. Are the tests able
to allow us to detect a cancer early enough to treat it. Then there is
always the cost-effective consideration. How many people do you need to
screen to prevent one death? Do you need to screen everyone? Can the sociaty
afford this? Or just for the high risk, targeted population?

发帖数: 330 | 5 左胸腔不太舒服- this is a rather vague and broad complaint. You will need to
give your doctor more details to help him/her to narrow down the
differential diagnosis. For example, where is the pain? It's superficial or
deep? How frequent it happens? How long it usually lasts? What brings it on?
What makes it better? And your medical/surgical/social/family history. Etc.
The history and physical exam may all one needs to make a diagnosis.
