L1-2: Unremarkable.

L3-4: There is a mild bulge of the L3-4 annulus without visible focal
herniation or stenosis.
L4-5: There is a moderate bulge of the L4-5 annulus. Mild hypertrophy is
present of the ligamentum flavum. Dimensions of the lumbar canal at the
lower limits of normal. The AP dimension of the thecal sac measures 8 mm.
L5-S1: Unremarkable.
IMPRESSION:
1. Dimensions of the lumbar canal at the lower limits of normal at L4-5 with
a bulging annulus and mild ligamentous hypertrophy. The AP dimension of the
thecal sac measures approximately 8 mm. Graft
2. There is a mild bulge of the L3-4 anulus without narrowing of the lumbar
canal.
3. There is no visible focal disk herniation. |

重要的是诊断中的用词bulge和herniation. No herniation是个好事，说明有突出变形
(bulging)，椎间盘里的物质还没有脱落出来(herniated). 具体要结合临床症状来处理。
