familiar with that area, I mostly rely on my GPS. At one cross section, I
was told to make a left turn. I did that after yielding the upcoming cars.
But after I finished the turn, I found a police car following me with the
flashing light. Then I was told I make a left turn at a area with left turn
prohibited. He mentioned there are two signs "no left turn", but frankly to
say, I did not see them.
Finally I was given a ticket | j**********y

Judages and Magistrates cannot assign or remove points from a person's
driving record. All points are assigned by the michigan secretary of state's
office. Your questions about points should be directed to the secretary of
state's office."

you probably still have the chance to waive the points:
1. call the courtroom, see if you can pay premium for a waive of points
you'll have to tell them this is your first time with very clean history
2. if the first method doesn't work out... then you'll have to show up on
court session. best luck is that the cop doesn't show up, then your
case will be dismissed. if he does show up, you can still argue in front
of the judge, and very l

发帖数: 136 | 6 The points isn't in your record yet. after 30 day if you didn't challenge
police then this will be a fact, afterthat it will be on your record.
You can challenge with police's decision, as you can challenge lower court
decision on the higher court.
It does not hurt for giving a try. you points will be moved since it is your

看背面，给法庭打个电话，约时间上庭，作无辜申诉。去点可以，逃债不行，密州的警

can have the points removed by this way.
If possible, I really don't want to go to the court.
