For me, acceptable setting (location, condition, landscaping etc.); proper
maintenance; respectable neighbors (safe and quiet); reasonable management (

and 2bath, also first year off 100 per month . if you need wash and dryer
on the rm +60 per month.
Other apertment is at north off swan harbour, is better . the price is 150
more.
they have the sidewalk, tennis court and small pond, that are good for
family. a nice thing is 4,5 chinese family liveing there as i know. |
