价还多了1万多刀,然后今天房子就没了。 |

to help a close friend to rent a house at Ann Arbor. So far, we have no
luck! There are multiple lease offers on properties we want.
I wish I bought more rentals in Ann Arbor 2 years ago. |

of old house, downtown and central campus are excellent.

去年看中一个小区但是没有房子卖，今年看到有一个卖的并且做open house，赶过去进
门中介就说房子在open house之前就已经卖掉了，而且是在放出市场的第一天就接到7
个offer，然后几家竞价以高出标价不少的价格卖掉了。。。另外看到的几个觉得不错
的都很快卖掉了。
不过貌似今年房价并没有怎么涨，但是成交比较快。可能大家都知道这儿的房租价格太
高，租房不如买房划算吧！ |

市就好几个offer, 都是中国人在抢, 价格根本砍不下去, 有人all cash |
