will turn to 40 within 2 weeks. I noticed I have some positive changes:
1. more aware the importance of health. I just started a fitness club
membership and started to workout. feels good.
2. more acceptable to whatever comes to my way. Things do not need to be in
a certain way. more flexible.
3. less judgmental.
I like the fact that I do not feel bad of turning to 40 and do not mind
becoming old.
