Japanese stored 20 tons of this shit in the 80s. It can be
easily converted to many A-bombs. Call for international inspection
of its whereabout, and burn all of it in nuclear plants.
Japan technically is still under occupation after WWII. It
should never be given any chance to develop A-bombs.
