It's not important as it's not directly related to money printing-- the fed
can resell those debts they buy rather than print
money. You need to check the fed balance sheet.

breaks down to several items including treasury issues. Those are what held
by the fed and money must be printed. Compare to past you know how much new
money printed because of government debt. |
