I aglee. The suspect stayed there for 15-20 mins, enough for reporting to
police and police go check.
1. Post a message here, leave the address of the girl
2. Somebody will google the phone district number and call local 911. Many
cellphone can call Canada for free;
3. The police can come in 5 mins. The girl may have a chance to live if she
was not killled instantly. Or the suspect can be captured. | s*****c

If I post a message here, how would you know it is not a prank?
If someone do believe it and call the Canada police, how do they know it is
not a prank? It is one thing that the 911 call is from the same location
that the caller claim the emergency happens, it is another if the caller
does not know the potiential victim and solely based on some anonymous
person in the internet.
The prank 911 caller can be procecuted, how can canada police procecute
caller from outside of country, like China?
I am sure it would make some impact, but I don't think it can be done in a
timely fashion.
Also, if the rumor in the internet said is true, the criminal saw the laptop
is open with video conference and proceed to destroy the laptop, won't he
afraid that the person on the other end of internet will call police? The
person on the other side could be in Canada as well. So it is possible that
the crime is committed shortly afterwards and the criminal flees the scene.
Don't dwell on those "what ifs"!
