An "obstacle" in the front of the radar are not necessarily another train.
It could be a building beside the railway.

Each engine of the train sets up a wireless transmitter which broadcasts its
number, location/GPS, speed, direction constantly.
It could cover as far as 50 miles.
Each engine also has a radar which only receives and displays info relevant
(within 50 miles). |
