later, then knowing is better than not knowing.
If after knowing it, this still can not be fixed or critisized as in 封建社
会 where most people thought those actions are reasonalble, then knowing is

In the example of first lady, I already said most americans do NOT endorse
such action, and therefore this is possible to fix it if Obama wants to
be re-elected. In China, as you said, if someone can make those informatioin
public, then a lot of waste and corruption can be fixed as well. Given that,
knowing is better than not knowing.

enjoy 9% support. This congress did not fix the problem doesn't mean the
future congress will not fix the problem. Actaully I guess this congress is
going to pay for their inability to action on almost anything in the future
elections.
But, one thing is for sure, if white house has never released how much
public money was spent for a vacation, then it will not be fixed.
