How to make it work??? The following is a way to get it down
1) Millitary forces:
USA has 11 carrier fleets, while China has only 1/2 carrier fleet. USA
must transfer 5 carrier fleets to China.
USA has a huge Nuke powers, while China only has a tiny Nuke powers. USA
must transfer 1/2 of its Nuke powers to China.
The joint military forces will have one commander headquarter, and two sub-
commander headquarters: The East (or China), and The West (or USA).
2) Population:
USA must immigrate 1/2 of her population to China and become Chinese citizen
immediately. China must immigrate 1/2 of her population to USA and become
USA citizen immediately.
3) Government:
Declare both Mao and George Washington as the joint co-founders of the new
country-----CHINUSA
Two party system: East Party (China's communist party) or China Party and
West Party (the combined GOP and Dem) or USA party. One hundred percent Free
direct election (the winner of the total individual votes win the
