Liu Xiaobing, director of the division of international cooperation of China
’s bureau of fisheries, put the yearly overseas catch at 1.15 million
tonnes in a speech to the EU last June. Pauly says that figure would be
accurate if it referred to the amount brought back to China, rather than the
total catch. Liu did not respond to an e-mailed request for comment.

to China, 那其他都在当地卖了？去哪里了呢？做成鱼罐头？卖到大华？
第二方面，中国人做事没底限的时候确实也不少，这些行为不过是小恶的放大。比如农
村里不让你排污，检查的人前脚走马上就排最后一条河整成臭水沟，现在整个中华大地
上，有人的地方基本上是千山鸟飞绝，万河鱼踪灭。做中餐馆的没人管就尽量给你用廉
价烂肉，我们这里的潮汕餐馆吃了几次都要吐，肉明显不对，老板娘眼色也不对。国内
的餐馆，没人管的时候就给你整地沟油。管的弱一点，婴儿奶粉里也能给你加三聚氰胺
。这些事情关起门来我们自己都在骂，当然外国人骂起来就觉得是种族攻击，脸面上挂
不住了。
感觉就像是平时父母不让打游戏的中学生，一没人管就拼命打，自己没有约束力。很奇
怪我周边的人极少有这样道德档次的，有时候真不明白那么坏的人都怎么出来的。 |
