I was just in the Bahamas and one of the locals was telling me about how the
Chinese sent a factory processing ship with about 10 fishing boats to the B
ahamas to fish and it was literally draining the oceans so fast and destroyi
ng the Bahamian fish market (they were sending everything back to China and
not including the Bahamians in processing the fish) that everyone protested
for them to leave and the government finally sent them home and told them ne
ver to come back.
But the Bahamas is one of the wealthiest countries in the Caribbean, do you
think any other less prominent countries would be able to turn down Chinese
money to have those ships fish everything in existence.
Thats not to say that the Bahamians are known for their sustainable fishing
but the Chinese were literally fishing so fast that it was going to leave th
e Bahamians with no fish at all. | l*y 发帖数: 21010 | 2 I was in the Philippines recently, and a dive instructor told me that the Ch
inese are buying up rare and endangered species. The locals are too poor to

The US did, and continues to do the same things, but on a much, much lesser
scale. I do not welcome the rise of China at all; I fear it.

You had better welcome China's rise. If you fear it, then you would feel
like being fucked if you don't fight it and you would still feel being
fucked(even harder) if you fight it.
So just close your eyes and enjoy China's rise.
